Calling All Lovers

Last year I began a series that showed a different side of couples, Is For Lovers Series- couples that not only were crazy for each other, but had something in common, something that bonded them, a common affinity that harmoniously brings them together. Married, engaged, together for 3 weeks, 3 months, the length of time doesn't matter, it's what make you stand out from other couples.

For past examples, I had Liz and Glenn discuss how they CSS each into each other's heart's (cheesy, but they can't deny it),  how there can be humor in the most mundane things in life like Chloe and Sean discover, and how creativity can bring you closer together instead of being competitive like Christina and B.

Why does your relationship stand out? If you think you have a unique bond, email me, I want to hear it and my readers want to know.

i absolutely adore this series of yours!

my story is pretty fresh. i've only been going out with this guy for a few weeks. three weeks ago on the day we ended up at the same party, and 20h later we were still up and about talking about anything and everything. (and it took me four days to recover from all those bubbles) a week later we went on our first date and on the same night we decided that it was him and me. since that day we've been unseperated.

never thought this kind of love experience would happen to me. but i've never been happier.

I'd have some fun and sad and lovely stories to tell about Dave and I over the years. But then I know he wouldn't want to appear in anything like that, he values his privacy more than others I guess.

Looking forward to reading about more couples!

hubs and i have been together since '96. we met at a bar shooting pool - i used to be pretty good. we've moved around the country like gypsies, as mom says, but even long distance worked out a couple of times. we just love each other. that's it. lucky to have each other.

I love this series! I'd love to participate, but I'm not sure what the theme of the whole thing would be. I think the biggest thing Robert and I have done together is get through a crazy engagement where my parents didn't want us to get married.. but I don't think I'd want to go into detail about that! Hahah. I suppose we could go with a related theme: that we work as a super-best-friends-team on everything in our lives.

Hmm. Well, let me know if that is interesting enough! :) I'm sure I could get Robert to participate: we're both total hams in our own hermit-like way!

How amazing! Favorite blog post ever! =)
Me & Dick met at the hookah bar he worked at. I was doing my journalism homework & he sat next to me during his break & started talking about Hunter S. Thompson & Oscar Zeta Acosta. I couldn't believe that there was intelligence in that place & I fell for his quite strength & dorky glasses. Most people say he looks like John Lennon when he has long hair & that he looks like Harry Potter when he has short hair. But he's just the most creative person I've met. Oh, & he only draws with his left hand (he's right handed). I just swooned.
