6,768 Miles Apart

The past projects of 6,768 Miles Apart are either completely on tune, or completely contrasting photos. This time, even though Ana B. and I are both ill, we managed to be complete opposites. I even missed a day due to illness last week, but i'm sure used tissues, a humidifier, and water glasses are not going to be missed. Ana B. celebrated being a quarter of a century young, while I celebrated my mother in law's birthday at Disneyland.
Ana B. on the left, myself on the right.
Our other projects here.

lovelovelove the disneyland photo. sadly, i've never been!

your first photo of the pin in the dress form is really cool. it took me a moment to realize what i was looking at. or at least that's what i think i'm looking at. hehe.

Aww, I love how after the missing day, there's a picture from the doctor's office! And a hopeful, tasty-looking sandwich the next day. :) Hope you're feeling better!

Sheesh, this is the coolest little project ever.

These are so great!! Do they just keep getting better?? The pussy cat one (Fable?) is my fave of course - but the one witth the shower and the butterflies is very neat too! I'd love some of these are postcard or something similar!

P.S. So sorry to hear you have been unwell - healing thoughts your way!

I love the third set. The light flares in each picture coordinate perfectly and the juxtaposition of the orange and the almost colorless picture is really interesting. As always, awesome project.

Both of your guys' photography skills and photographs are getting better and better with each week's post! I especially love the second one in your set and of Fable sleeping (what in the world is going on in that second pic, I'm wondering?).

Even though I may not comment every week, I really do enjoy this project of yours and Ana B.'s and admire you both for dedicating yourselves to this! It's truly amazing.

I love it when you post about this project, it's just such a brilliant idea. I sort of like the blank space too, it suggests you were ill in the absence of a photo. x

photos of feet in shoes on the same day!

i think it's so cool that you're so true to this project that you didn't try to fill in that blank spot. Ace.
